We would like to tell you our love for Yong tau foo, we were instantly captivated by its flavors and variety the minute we tried it.  Now we would like to share our love of Yong Tau Foo with you.  We have carefully selected fresh ingredients and developed our own recipe.  And with our very own homemade sambal, we have created a perfect balance of spicy, savory flavour, to add on some spice to your Yong Tau Foo. 

 

Yong tau foo is known for its customization, allowing diners to choose their favorite ingredients from a selection of display.  The dish embodies a balance of textures and flavors, from the softness of tofu to the crunch of vegetables.  Let’s indulge in the wonderful world of Yong Tau Foo and discover why its a beloved favorite among food enthusiasts everywhere!

Stall #10 Hong Le Korean Cuisine

Darren and Wang Hong's fascination with Asian cuisine began during a backpacking trip through Seoul and Tokyo. Immersing in the vibrant street food culture, they couldn't help but dream of bringing these authentic flavours back home. Inspired by the bustling food stalls lining the narrow streets, they decided to set up a food stall that would transport customers to the heart of Seoul and Tokyo.

 

In 2021, Hong Le Cuisine was born, a humble stall adorned with vibrant displays and the inviting aroma of sizzling Mackerel and savoury Ramen. The stall's success was built on the foundation of their dedication to authenticity and a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The menu at Hong Le Cuisine tells a story of harmonious culinary fusion, offering signature dishes that are a marriage of Korean and Japanese flavours. The perfectly marinated beef, coupled with the freshness of sizzling onions and a touch of spicy gochujang, The signature grilled Mackerel (Saba) fish set, marinated in a secret soy-based sauce that infuses a symphony of flavours, really leaves customers craving for more.

Stall #11 Mala Wok

Tasty Wok, a humble brand established in December 2014, at our first outlet, Changi City Point Foodcourt. Striving to bring local Nostalgia, delicious Zichar halal foods, catering for Customers including the Muslims Community. 

Over the past 8 years, the "Wok Hei" aroma of Tasty Wok had made it grown into multiple outlets located at the East side of Singapore and aim to further expand island-wide to outstretch more Customers.

As the Dynamic of the F&B Industry demands constant change and adjustment, our Tasty Wok team will continue to make it feasible with an open heart and to mind to STAY consistent! Making our foods a top-notch quality, affordable and accomodating to customers is our priority.
